Do you allow Returns and Exchanges?

Each item is made to order and shipped by a third party printing company through a method called Dropshipping. Because of this, we do not allow returns and exchanges. However, if the wrong item is shipped to you or there is a printing error, please reach out to us to fix your order!

How long does it take to receive my order?

Production time is normally 2-4 business days (expect 5-7 business days during peak holiday season November to December). Products ship worldwide and typically take an additional 3-5 business days to arrive. However, during lockdowns set in place for COVID-19, please expect delays when shipping outside of the United States. Products are non-refundable; please reach out for any questions, concerns, or product defects.

What is My Sugar Rush?

My Sugar Rush is owned and operated by Emerlie Miller in Salt Lake City, Utah! She has spent years building a name brand for her cakes with a unique portfolio of photos and videos. She launched this merch line to promote her brand, and for her fans to support her online content that she makes in her free time. Every purchase made will help her to create more content!

I made a typo when entering my information, can I fix it?

Please proofread your information before finalizing your order! If you make a mistake, especially on your shipping address, please reach out to us ASAP to get this fixed before your item is shipped.

I’ve sent an email with a question about merch, when will I receive my response?

If you have questions, please reach out! My Sugar Rush is a one woman business, and Emerlie also makes wedding cakes as a full time business. She will do her best to respond quickly to answer questions, but due to the high volume of cake orders going out on the weekends, please expect responses on weekdays only.

I need my order ASAP, can I speed up the production time?

Right now we only offer flat rate shipping on our website, but the printing company that creates and ships the items for us does have extra options. Please reach out via email before placing your order, and we can look into other options. There is a $15 production rush fee on small orders, or we can look up quicker shipping options. Again, this must be decided before placing an order.

How cropped is the cropped sweatshirt?

Check the measurements shown in the image gallery of each item. We are working on a better image gallery, but COVID-19 has delayed this process.

My answer? I have to wear high waisted pants with the cropped sweatshirt. This comfortably hides my tummy without having to wear an undershirt.

What size should I order?

That’s a loaded question! What I can say is that the T-shirts are UNISEX, so keep that in mind when ordering a shirt! They are not form-fitting women’s shirts.

What is the quality of your merch?

Emerlie spent a good amount of research to ensure she found good, high-quality products. We did not want to skimp on cheap products for our brand!

Anything printed on black apparel, especially colored images, will have a more faded appearance.
